- Sufficient amount of frying oilTo start, we peel the potato and cut it into small cubes. Then, we rinse the potato under cold water to remove any excess starch. Next, we dry the potato pieces with a clean towel.
We place a suitable pan on the heat and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, we add the potato cubes and sauté them well until they are completely fried. After the potatoes are fried, we remove them from the oil and set them aside.
At this stage, we chop the sausages into small cubes and sauté them in the oil. Once the sausages are well fried, we remove them from the oil and add them to the bowl containing the potatoes.
At this stage, we thoroughly wash the mushrooms and use a sharp knife to remove their skins. Then, we chop the mushrooms into small cubes and sauté them in hot oil to prevent them from releasing water. Once the mushrooms are well fried, we reduce the heat.
At this stage, we add the fried sausages, potatoes, and onions to the mushrooms and sauté everything together briefly until the ingredients are mixed. Then, we add some salt and black pepper to the mixture. At this stage, you can also add a small amount of hot sauce to the mixture if you like.
Once the ingredients are well mixed, we turn off the heat under the pan and start preparing the samosas. We cut each piece of lavash bread into four long parts. Then, at the beginning of each piece, we add some of the samosa filling along with a little pizza cheese and fold it into a triangle shape.
We choose a small, deep pan and pour enough oil into it so that the samosas can float in the oil. The heat should be medium, and make sure to use frying oil, as regular oil can burn quickly and become black.
We place the samosas in the oil and let them fry until they are completely golden and cooked through. Then, we remove them from the oil and place them on a metal rack to drain any excess oil. Finally, we serve the samosas with ketchup.
If you want to make this delicious samosa without meat or any meat products, you can substitute vegetables for the meat. To do this, you can double the amount of mushrooms and add bell peppers or any other vegetables of your choice.
