  5. - **Leek**
  6. - **Tomato paste**

  8. - **Black pepper**
  9. - **Garlic powder**
  10. - **Cheddar cheese**
  11. - **Turmeric**
  12. - **A bit of parsley**
  13. #### Cooking Instructions:
  14. 1. **Preparing the Mushrooms**:
  15. - Wash the mushrooms (to keep them white, you can wash them with a little flour).
  16. - Separate and chop the stems of the mushrooms.
  17. 2. **Sautéing the Ingredients**:
  18. - In a pan, first sauté the onions.
  19. - Then add the ground meat and sauté for a bit.
  20. - Add the chopped leek, spices (salt, black pepper, garlic powder, turmeric), and the chopped mushroom stems, and sauté.
  21. 3. **Adding Tomato Paste**:
  22. - Add the tomato paste to the mixture and sauté a bit more until the sauce is ready.
  23. 4. **Stuffing the Mushrooms**:
  24. - Stuff the caps of the mushrooms with the meat mixture.
  25. - Grease a baking tray and arrange the mushrooms in the tray.
  26. 5. **Baking the Mushrooms**:
  27. - Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top of the mushrooms.
  28. - Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 minutes.
