Apple tea is very useful for beriberi, colds, and sore throats. Good prevention in early spring!

  1. 1. Break apple branches (3 pcs) 10-15 centimeters long, rinse well, put in a thermos, and pour a liter of boiling water. Let stand for 30 minutes. If there is no thermos, put the sprigs in a saucepan, pour boiling water over it and let it boil for 1 minute, then turn it off and wrap it with a towel for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Pour into cups, cut the apple into slices and put one at a time into the cups. You can also add honey or sugar.
