  1. 1. Wash the apricots, pat dry, halve and remove the pits.
  2. 2. Boil water, put apricots there, and cook for 5 minutes after boiling again. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the apricot broth through a fine sieve.
  4. 4. Rub boiled apricots through a sieve. Add apricot puree to the broth, and mix.
  5. 5. Add lemon juice to the mixture, and stir.
  6. 6. Put honey in a still-warm broth, and mix until completely dissolved.
  7. 7. Add cinnamon, and stir. Put the juice to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more.
