Autumn is the time for harvesting vegetables, fruits, berries, and nuts.

  1. 1. Wash apricots, and remove pits. Mash the fruits with your hands or pestle.
  2. 2. Put the apricot puree in a large bottle (10 l), add sugar and pour water, and mix. Put a rubber glove on the neck of the bottle. Put the vessel in the sun for 5-10 days. From time to time turn the bottle around its axis so that it warms up evenly and the fermentation process goes on. When fermentation is over, the rubber glove will fall off.
  3. 3. At the end of fermentation, strain the liqueur through a sieve. The pulp can be used again by pouring water and adding a new portion of sugar.
  4. 4. Pour the liquid obtained after filtering into jars, cover with nylon lids, and put in a dark, cool place for a month. At the end of the infusion, you can filter the liquor again through gauze. Pour into bottles and put in a dark place for another 2 weeks.
