A creamy apricot-orange juice smoothie is the perfect dessert for a summer holiday. It is easy to prepare, especially if you prepare the cream in advance. Any custard will do.

  1. 1. Cooking custard according to your favorite recipe. Pour apricots with orange juice and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Grind the cooled fruit with a blender to a puree state. Add cream and water to taste, and mix. Cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour into serving glasses, garnish with orange zest, candied fruits, and mint.
