  1. Pre-boil the chickpeas.
  2. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces (6-7 cm on the long side).
  3. Cut the peeled potatoes into 4 parts in the form of boats (that is, we divide in half and again in half). Cut the tomato and pepper into 4 pieces.

  6. We lay out the ingredients in pots: first, meat, then 2 boats of potatoes, boiled chickpeas, 2 slices of tomato and pepper, onion on top.
