I offer a budget recipe - chicken necks in the oven. Chicken necks are marinated in soy sauce and tomato paste with garlic and ground peppers, then baked in the oven. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the chicken necks and dry them with paper towels, put them in a bowl.
  2. We clean the garlic and pass it through a press.
  3. Add tomato paste, soy sauce, garlic, salt, black and red ground peppers to a bowl with chicken necks. You can also add your favorite chicken seasoning.
  4. Stir so that the necks are evenly covered with spices, and send to the refrigerator to marinate for 20 minutes (or as long as time permits. If you are in a hurry, you can bake immediately).
  5. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  6. We shift the marinated chicken necks into a baking dish and send it to the preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees (focus on the features of your oven). After 30 minutes, you can turn the chicken meat on the other side so that it browns on both sides.
  7. Baked chicken necks are ready. We serve them hot.
  8. Bon appetit!
