Baked chicken wings

Baked chicken wings are great as a main course when served with mashed potatoes or pasta, and men will certainly like it when served as a snack with beer.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the wings at the joints.
  2. In a deep bowl, mix 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, your favorite tomato sauce, dried garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, add a little salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  3. Mix the marinade for the chicken wings until smooth, if desired, you can add hot sauce or pepper to taste. Put the pieces of wings in the marinade, leave to marinate for a while.
  4. In another deep bowl, mix flour, turmeric, ground paprika and coriander. Add some ground pepper and salt.
  5. Roll each piece of wings in breadcrumbs.
  6. Put the wings in a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. After a while, remove the chicken wings from the oven, turn them over to the other side and bake for another 15 minutes.
  8. Serve baked chicken wings with your favorite tomato or mustard sauce and a lemon wedge.
