  1. 1. Freeze the peeled banana. Soak green buckwheat for an hour or use sprouted. Water should be used purified, of good quality!
  2. 2. For the topping, we use products based on our preferences. The composition for topping in this recipe includes pecans, banana, coconut, and green buckwheat.
  3. 3. Place the base ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into a cup, and put topping on top. For more sweetness, I recommend adding dates to the base.
