Refreshing, slightly sour compote is a great drink for hot summer days! Delicious, simple, and healthy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. We put the pot on the stove. Pour water into a saucepan, and add sugar. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. While water with sugar boils, we wash, and peel apples from the seeds. We cut apples.
  3. 3. We put red currants in boiling sweet water (I have frozen berries).
  4. 4. Then lay the blueberries, setting aside 50 g (keep in the freezer until serving).
  5. 5. Put in chopped apples.
  6. 6. Bring berries and apples to a boil.
  7. 7. After boiling, cook for 3-5 minutes. Then we remove the pan from the stove. Cool down. We filter the compote.
  8. 8. Serve compote, adding frozen blueberries and mint.
