Summer drinks can be not only cooling but also satisfying. Try this berry smoothie. Sweetness can be adjusted to your taste, I cooked for children, so I made it sweeter. And you can do without a sweetener and make a super-healthy cocktail.

  1. 1. Shake the layers of the cocktail in different bowls. Wash spinach and mint leaves and pat dry. Combine spinach, mint, kefir, and condensed milk in a glass for whipping. Whisk.
  2. 2. Add ricotta (can be replaced with soft cottage cheese) and beat again.
  3. 3. For the second layer, wash the berries and remove the tails. Combine berries, kefir, and condensed milk.
  4. 4. Blend with a blender until smooth.
  5. 5. Pour the berry layer into the glasses, and carefully pour the green layer on top with a spoon.
  6. 6. Garnish with berries and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
