  1. We put boiled potatoes in the skin. In the microwave, it is cooked in 5 minutes, in the usual way - 15-20 minutes.
  2. Pour a slice of fish with lemon juice and cut into thin strips.
  3. Cucumber cut into small cubes. Finely chop the greens and send to the bowl with the cucumber.
  4. Making onion chips. We cut the onion into thin half rings, roll in flour and fry well in hot oil. The onion should turn dark brown, but not burn! Put the fried onions on a napkin in order to allow excess fat to drain.
  5. The potatoes are already cooked. Gently, directly hot, with a knife and fork, peel the potatoes and cut them finely. And we send it directly hot to a bowl with cucumber and greens, season with mayonnaise (sour cream) and mix.
  6. Now, with the help of a culinary ring, put the salad on a plate, crush it tightly. We remove the ring, decorate the sides of the salad with strips of fish, sprinkle with fried onions on top. Decorate with greenery and a piece of fish. Serve immediately!
