Today we are preparing extraordinarily beautiful puffs with broccoli, shrimps and cheese. Broccoli with greens harmonizes perfectly with shrimp, cheese adds a creamy note - it turns out appetizing and tasty. If you like simple and at the same time original recipes, be sure to cook these puffs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the puff pastry from the freezer to thaw while you prepare the filling.
  2. Wash broccoli and separate into florets.
  3. Place the broccoli in a pot of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Then put the broccoli in cold water.
  4. Rinse and dry all greens - parsley, dill and green onions. Cut randomly.
  5. Put broccoli and all chopped greens in a blender bowl.
  6. Grind the greens and broccoli with a blender for a few seconds.
  7. To the resulting mass, add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Again, punch everything with a blender.
  9. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  10. Roll out the dough a little and cut into four squares (I have two rectangular layers of dough - I cut each of them in two).
  11. Now it is necessary, stepping back about 1 cm from the edge, to make corner cuts in the dough along two opposite corners of each square.
  12. Throw the cut edges to opposite corners of the dough opposite each other - this way you get the sides that will "hold" the filling.
  13. Grease a baking sheet with oil and put the resulting "tartlets" there.
  14. Shake the yolk in a saucer and grease the sides of the dough with it.
  15. Make punctures along the bottom of the "tartlets" with a fork.
  16. Bake puffs at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  17. During this time, defrost the shrimp in warm water.
  18. After a while, take the pan out of the oven. If the bottom of the puffs is swollen, push it with a spoon.
  19. Fill the puffs with the broccoli and herb mixture.
  20. Clean the shrimp.
  21. Lay 2 shrimp on top of the broccoli.
  22. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater and spread over the shrimp.
  23. Bake puffs at 180 degrees for another 20-25 minutes.
  24. Appetizing puffs with broccoli, shrimp and cheese are ready to serve.
  25. Bon appetit!
