An excellent breakfast solution is an omelet with feta cheese. Fast, tasty and healthy.

  1. Break the chicken eggs into a plate.
  2. Beat eggs with a whisk.
  3. Grate cheese on a medium grater.
  4. Add grated cheese and milk. Mix.
  5. Preheat a frying pan. Add butter.
  6. Wash and finely chop the green onions.
  7. Pour the mixture into a hot skillet with melted butter. Fry an omelet with feta cheese over low heat, covered for 7-10 minutes, until the top is firm.
  8. Then add chopped green onions. Put the finished omelet on a plate.
  9. The Bulgarian omelet is ready. Serve the cheese omelet with fresh tomatoes.
