Chaga (or birch fungus) is not artificially grown - it can only be found in natural conditions

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. In this crushed form, I store chaga, which I use when brewing.
  2. 2. From chaga at home, infusions or decoctions are usually prepared. The simplest way: pour filtered water (boiling water) from the filter TM "AQUAPHOR" crushed chaga in a ratio of 1:3 or 1:5.
  3. 3. Infuse for at least 1.5-2 hours, drink half an hour before meals, diluting with water.
  4. 4. For medicinal purposes, it is better to brew in a thermos, keeping the broth for 12 hours.
  5. 5. You can add honey for taste. If you add aromatic herbs when brewing, you get a very pleasant drink that will completely replace tea.
