Chicken baked in mustard marinade

If you want to cook delicious juicy chicken meat with a mustard aftertaste, then this recipe is just for you. Chicken baked in a mustard marinade looks great on both everyday and festive tables.

  1. In a bowl, mix two types of mustard, vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt, rosemary, garlic squeezed through a press.
  2. Wash and pat dry the chicken (I used chicken thighs). Put the chicken in a baking dish and pour the mustard marinade, spread the marinade evenly over the chicken. Cover the form with meat with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, remove the cling film from the mold, put the chicken in the oven and cook for 50-60 minutes.
