If you do not want to roll out the dough and cut out circles, you can simply pinch off pieces of dough from the total amount, form a boat in the palm of your hand and then put the filling inside. But if you roll out the dough thinly, you will get a very rich pie with a minimum amount of dough! So don't be lazy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil chicken fillet until tender. Do not pour out the broth. It will still be useful to us for the filling.
  2. Grind the chicken fillet in a blender. Fry chopped onion in a pan, add chopped chicken and a few tablespoons of broth so that the mass is not dry and does not fall apart, but do not overdo it so that the soup does not turn out.
  3. Optionally, you can add finely chopped 1-2 boiled eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a deep bowl, combine warm water, salt, sugar and yeast. Stir until dissolved.
  5. Add vegetable oil, stir lightly.
  6. Then add 3 tbsp. flour and knead the dough. If the dough is still a little sticky, add a couple of tablespoons of flour.
  7. Roll out the dough into a thin layer on a floured surface. Cut into circles with a glass. Put 2 tsp in the center of the circle. fillings.
  8. Cover the pie with a comb.
  9. Put the pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and brush with beaten egg or milk.
  10. You can also fold the pies scallop down, that's optional :)
  11. Bake pies at a temperature of 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  12. Delicious and quick "magic" pies are ready!
  13. Bon appetit!
