Chicken wings baked in lemon soy marinade

Baked chicken wings in a lemon-soy marinade is a delicious and mouth-watering dish. A soy sauce-based marinade is always a good choice for chicken meat. The marinade according to this recipe perfectly combines the saltiness of soy sauce, the sourness of lemon juice and the characteristic taste of mayonnaise. Thanks to pickling, chicken wings are very juicy, fragrant, with a "bronze" crust.

  1. Prepare chicken wings, cut off the smallest phalanges. Wash and dry the wings.
  2. Prepare a bowl for the marinade - pour soy sauce into it.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon (2 tablespoons) and add to the soy sauce.
  4. Add mayonnaise, chicken seasoning, salt (0.25 tsp) and ground pepper (0.25 tsp) next. In order not to oversalt, first try the soy sauce.
  5. Mix all marinade ingredients well.
  6. Prepare a baking dish, put chicken wings in it. (You can send the chicken to any container, and transfer it to the mold before baking.)
  7. Pour the marinade over the wings, you can sprinkle a little more chicken seasoning. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. After a while, take out the form, seal it with foil. Send the wings to the oven, bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  9. Then take the pan out of the oven and remove the foil. Return the form with chicken to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, until cooked (clear juice should stand out when cut).
  10. Chicken wings in a lemon-soy marinade are ready. Transfer chicken to a plate, add sauce, ketchup, vegetables, pickles.
  11. Rosy and tender chicken wings go well with potato dishes, boiled rice.
