Chill hour with mint and rhubarb

Rhubarb and mint tea is a flavorful drink. Hibiscus gives brightness, rhubarb gives sourness, and mint gives summer aroma.

  1. 1. We clean the rhubarb.
  2. 2. We cut the rhubarb. We put the water to a boil.
  3. 3. Put the rhubarb in boiling water, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. In tea we put hibiscus, sugar, 2 tablespoons without a slide, a tablespoon of hibiscus, and mint sprigs.
  5. 5. Turn off the fire, close the lid and let it brew.
  6. 6. We filter the tea, and squeeze the rhubarb. Let's cool down.
