When there is a craving for something chocolatey, but not sugary, this is a great outlet! The bitterness of cocoa intersects with sweet jam, but there is no sensation of sweet-sweet. For those with a special sweet tooth, I suggest adding powder, but I didn’t need it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Mix oatmeal and cocoa. Better to sift. Who adds sweetness is better at this stage.
  2. 2. Heat the clean water from the filter a little.
  3. 3. Pour in a trickle, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Put on medium heat and boil until the flour sets. Everything, as in the usual jelly on starch.
  5. 5. At the same time, grind all the lumps. You can pierce with a blender.
  6. 6. Pour into a large cup (or 2 coffee cups).
  7. 7. Put a spoonful of blueberry jam or jam or syrup on top. As an option: you can scald dried blueberries in advance (pictured) and cook with jelly, then sugar is required.
  8. 8. Stir if desired.
