  1. 1. Pour boiling water over dry tea leaves and let it brew for 5-6 minutes.
  2. 2. In the bowl in which we will cook mulled wine, mix apple and cherry juice. Add spices, sugar, and mandarin divided into several parts. Place over medium heat and stir until warm to 70-80°C. Do not bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Strain the tea. Add to the mixture of juices and spices. It is important, namely, to add tea to juice, and not juice to the tea. It depends on the right taste. Heat up without boiling.
  4. 4. Remove from heat, close the lid and let it brew for 40 minutes. During this time, the spices will open and give off their aroma and taste.
  5. 5. Warm up the mulled wine before serving. Strain and pour into heated clay or glass cups.
