Potato soup is always a dish, first of all, homemade, hearty and loved by everyone. If you want to follow the tradition, prepare a potato soup with meat broth with dumplings or cereals (barley, rice, millet or semolina). Soup with cereals can also be prepared in mushroom broth.

  1. Cut the roots and onions into strips. First fry the roots in hot oil, 2 minutes. Add the onion and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Along with roots, onions and bay leaves, add to boiling salted broth. Pepper. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Cut the meat into pieces and fry with a little vegetable oil over high heat, 2 minutes. Add to potatoes up to 2-3 minutes. until the end of cooking. Remove the bay leaf and serve hot with finely chopped dill and parsley.
