Yeast-free cottage cheese dough can be an excellent basis for pizza. Let's bake mini pizzas with smoked sausage and pickled cucumbers. The dough with the addition of baking powder turns out to be super-airy, and the finished pastry is very tasty and fragrant.

  3. The amount of flour will depend on the moisture content of the curd.
  4. Hard cheese is one that melts well.
  5. Combine cottage cheese and eggs in a deep bowl. Blend with a spoon until smooth.
  6. Add salt, sugar and odorless vegetable oil. Stir.
  7. Gradually add the sifted flour, mixing each time. Add baking powder and mix again.
  8. Then continue to knead the dough with your hands until a soft ball is formed that does not stick to your hands.
  9. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and let it rest for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  11. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and knead them into balls, adding flour as needed.
  12. Flatten each ball of dough into a cake about 1 cm thick. Squeeze out a recess for the filling in the center with the bottom of a glass.
  13. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pizzas on it at a distance from each other.
  14. Put a portion of ketchup in each cheesecake.
  15. Cut the sausage into cubes and distribute among all the cheesecakes.
  16. Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes and put on top of the sausage.
  17. Place the tray in the oven and bake the mini pizzas at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes.
  18. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  19. Remove the tarts from the oven and sprinkle generously with cheese. Return the pan to the oven for another 8-10 minutes.
