I want to share with you an interesting drink. In summer, an unusual combination of cranberries and roses can be served as a refreshing lemonade. And in the cold winter - as a warming tonic drink.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Prepare all necessary products. We need tea rose flowers (dry 10 g, fresh - 30 g), rose jam, or jam. Cranberries can be taken frozen or fresh. Use a sweetener, if necessary, according to your taste.
  2. 2. In a suitable container, send cranberries (if the cranberries are frozen, then you do not need to defrost them), tea rose flowers, jam, or rose jam. Pour 200 ml of boiled water and crush cranberries so that they give juice. Pour in the remaining boiled water. The water must be hot. Allow the infusion to cool and refrigerate for 8 hours (or more).
  3. 3. Take out the infusion from the refrigerator. Strain, and squeeze cranberries with rose well. And strain again. At this stage, a delicious drink is already obtained, ready to drink.
