Vitamin drinks to maintain immunity or recuperate after an illness.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. We need a big pomegranate. Cranberries can be used fresh or frozen. I take mineral carbonated water, but if you don’t tolerate it well or you just don’t like much water, you can take non-carbonated or ordinary mineral water.
  2. 2. We clean the pomegranate, and remove the membranes, and films.
  3. 3. We wash the cranberries well and, together with the pomegranate, put them in the grinder.
  4. 4. Grind to a puree.
  5. 5. To get rid of the bones, wipe through a sieve.
  6. 6. The finished puree can either be poured into a large jug and topped up with mineral water or poured into glasses and topped up with the remaining ingredient in each. With portioned serving, you can adjust the taste: add more puree and less water to someone, and vice versa for someone.
