Crispy outside and juicy inside chicken wings in 30 minutes. Awesome tasty! Great snack for beer!
Ingredients
Directions
If using the largest pieces of chicken wings, shape them into a lollipop shape. To do this, cut and separate the meat from the bone, without cutting it to the end, and carefully turn it out, freeing the bone. Cut off excess from the edge of the bone.
Leave whole wings (double) as is.
Salt the chicken meat and sprinkle generously with freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.
Make a breading: mix flour, starch, dill, oregano and paprika.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan over low heat.
Bread the wings in the prepared flour mixture with spices.
Place breaded wings in hot oil. After adding all the wings, increase the temperature almost to the maximum (above average) so that the wings are not boiled, but fried.
If the wings are not completely immersed in the oil, fry them on each side for 7.5 minutes, then turn over (so that they are fried on all sides) and fry for another 5 minutes.
If the wings are completely covered in oil, fry them for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the finished wings on a napkin to drain excess fat.
You can serve fried chicken wings in a crispy breading to the table.
