I love to invent and prepare a variety of smoothies based on kefir. Nice snack. If thick, then you can eat with a spoon. In this smoothie, we adjust the density with the help of oatmeal, add up to 3 tablespoons if you want a hearty breakfast. Currants can be replaced with strawberries or other berries.
