Peel the garlic, squeeze through a press, combine with honey and soy sauce. Mix garlic sauce with shrimp. Then fry the shrimp with sauce for 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil for 2-3 minutes over high heat.
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry well, pick with your hands. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Randomly put hot shrimp, croutons on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with cheese, grated on a fine grater.
Prepare the sauce: crush the garlic in a mortar or squeeze through a press, combine with vinegar, oil and pepper. Fill the resulting salad.
