The combination of products may be somewhat strange, but the salad turns out to be delicious, especially for lovers of a combination of meat, fruits and berries. The salad is quite light, especially if you season it not with mayonnaise, but with yogurt, or eat without dressing at all, since the salad turns out to be quite juicy due to pear and cucumber juice. I hope you will enjoy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the chicken fillet until cooked, cool.
  2. Cucumbers cut into thin sticks.
  3. We cut the pears into the same oblong thin sticks.
  4. We disassemble the cooled chicken fillet into fibers.
  5. We send the cucumber, pear and chicken to a salad bowl (in my case, to a saucepan), add a can of canned corn.
  6. We mix.
  7. We take prunes. If you have it hard, you must first soak it in boiling water.
  8. We cut prunes into sticks.
  9. We introduce prunes with the rest of the ingredients.
  10. Chop cashews into small pieces (one nut is about three parts). Add to salad.
  11. Coarsely chop the parsley and send it to the salad.
  12. Add salt to taste and ground black pepper.
  13. Adding a consignment. You can use both low-fat mayonnaise and yogurt. And you can eat without dressing at all. Bon appetit!
