The usual homemade lemonade based on lemon juice with sugar is made, I think, by a lot of people.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Separate the mint and tarragon leaves from the twigs and divide them in a 1:2 ratio. Tear one part into large pieces. Grind the second part as much as possible.
  2. 2. Boil finely chopped greens with hot water and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3. In ice molds, first layout the set aside a third of the greens, which you have coarsely torn, and then pour in the infusion. Cut one lemon into thin slices. Send everything to cool in the freezer.
  4. 4. Squeeze out the lemon juice, mix it with sugar to taste (we like it sour, so I add the nominal 100g of sugar), and add chilled water. Stir until smooth.
  5. 5. Pour the lemonade into a pitcher and chill. Be sure to add chilled lemon wedges and herbal ice to the lemonade 10 minutes before serving. If I serve lemonade in batches, then I put 3-4 ice cubes and a lemon wedge into each glass, and then top up the lemonade.
