There are so many useful things in it! The fruity aroma of the drink improves mood and fights depression and loss of strength, regular use of dried fruit compote helps to avoid seasonal infections and not to catch a cold in the off-season.

  1. 1. I have assorted dried fruits: apricots, apple, pear, cherry plum, and raisins. Rinse, soak in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. We add filtered water from the filter TM "AQUAPHOR" to dried fruits.
