Drink "Kremlin strudel"

A real Christmas drink! The taste is spicy, sour, and very aromatic. After a couple of sips, you can already feel the warmth spreading through your body.

Ingredients

• Apple juice 200 ml
• cognac 50 ml
• syrup 20 ml
• lemon juice 20 ml
• cinnamon 1 piece
• cranberry 8 pcs.
• ice cream sundae 40 g
• Pine nuts 1 st. l.

Directions

1. 1. Let's prepare the drinks. My syrup is made from young pine cones. I took the idea itself from the bartender Peter Baryshnikov and changed the composition a little, but I leave the name. I really liked it))
2. 2. We combine all the ingredients together, except for ice cream and pine nuts, and heat for 5-7 minutes, without bringing to a boil.
3. 3. Cool slightly, strain through a strainer, and pour into cups or glasses. Put a spoonful of good ice cream on top (I have it with chocolate chips). For decoration, add 1-2 cranberries and a few pine nuts to a cup. And immediately serve to the table!
