Easy vegetable smoothie

  1. 1. Cut the tomatoes on top, pour boiling water and leave for 1 minute. Then remove the peel.
  2. 2. Cut into cubes and puree with an immersion blender. Salt, pepper and add 1/2 tsp. olive oil.
  3. 3. Finely chop the dill, cut the cucumbers into half rings, put in a blender, and add salt, pepper, and olive oil 1/2 tsp. Grind to a pulp.
  4. 4. Put half of the tomato puree at the bottom of the glass, then a layer of cucumber gruel, and finish with the remaining tomato puree. Add a drop of oil and olive, and cut into rings. We serve immediately.
