Easy and quick to prepare egg envelopes with melted cheese. This breakfast will be a real surprise for your family!) It looks like an ordinary omelet, but it is worth cutting it - and delight cannot be avoided: inside there is a delicate filling of melted cheese.

  1. Cut the processed cheese into 4 plates.
  2. Break the eggs into a bowl.
  3. Add salt and black pepper to the eggs.
  4. Mix with a mixer or whisk.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, heat half of the vegetable oil (1 teaspoon) and pour out half of the egg mixture.
  6. Put 2 slices of processed cheese in the middle of the egg pancake. Reduce heat to minimum. Cover the pan with a lid and leave to cook for 2-3 minutes, until the egg mixture sets.
  7. After that, wrap the top and bottom edges of the pancake, covering the cheese.
  8. Then we wrap the side edges of the pancake.
  9. You should get such an envelope.
  10. Turn the envelope over to the seam and cook under the lid for another 1-2 minutes. Then put the finished egg envelope on a plate, and add the remaining vegetable oil to the pan and prepare the second egg envelope in the same way.
  11. Put the finished egg envelopes stuffed with melted cheese on a plate and serve.
