  1. Break eggs into a bowl, beat well. Season with salt and pepper, add starch and water. Beat.
  2. Preheat the pan and pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Pour the dough by turning the pan and distribute thinly over the entire surface.
  3. Fry egg pancakes for 1-2 minutes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Fold in a pile. Egg pancakes can be served with any filling, with sour cream.
