French coffee for Amelie

Amelie is a romantic comedy about a young and slightly strange waitress. Coffee for Amelie in French with cognac and salt. The cafe where the waitress from the movie worked actually exists. In this Parisian institution, everything is dedicated to Amelie, even this coffee is on the menu.

Ingredients

• ground coffee 6 tsp
• boiling water 400 ml
• salt 1 pinch
• sugar taste
• cognac 3 tsp

Directions

1. 1. Warm up the Turku and add coffee.
2. 2. Pour in boiling water. Put on fire, bring to a boil and turn off. Add a small pinch of salt and stir.
3. 3. When the coffee has settled, pour it into cups. Add 1 tsp. cognac and sugar to taste.
