During colds, I cut ginger into a thermos and drink it in different variations. I decided to share this combination with you! Take the amount of ginger out of habit moderately (I like it to “burn through” well, but this is a matter of taste)!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Cleanse ginger.
  2. 2. Cut into slices or grate, but I don’t like it, it’s easier for me with a knife.
  3. 3. I pour a couple of spoons into a thermos with boiling water. After 5 minutes, you can drink, and if it is too saturated, dilute with water or tea leaves, if any.
  4. 4. In the meantime, peel the pomegranate seeds.
  5. 5. You need about 2 tbsp. l. per serving.
  6. 6. Lightly splash boiling water over the grains to make it easier to squeeze out the juice.
  7. 7. Crush the grains without being too zealous so as not to turn the cup over.
  8. 8. Add cinnamon if you like.
  9. 9. Pour ginger infusion from a thermos.
  10. 10. Sweeten with honey if desired.
