Ginger tea with lemon is very healthy, fragrant, and invigorating in taste! Tonic tea with ginger and chamomile can be used for colds and for weight loss. This healthy ginger drink will restore strength, cheer you up and drive away bad health.

  1. 1. We clean the ginger from the peel and rub it on a fine grater. I don’t cut it on purpose, but I rub it very carefully so that through these small pointed holes oozing ginger juice steamed with pulp, which will give the drink a richer taste.
  2. 2. We send 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile to the ginger.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and cut the rest into small pieces. It is these pieces that are added to the kettle.
  4. 4. We add a healthy dried apple to this healthy mixture to give taste and aroma.
  5. 5. Pour this fragrant mixture with boiling water.
  6. 6. Let's brew for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Pour tea through a sieve and enjoy the wonderful aroma.
  8. 8. When the tea has cooled down a bit, you can add honey or sugar if you do not use honey, and lemon juice to taste and desire. Honey should not be added to a very hot liquid, as it loses some of its beneficial properties.
  9. 9. Instead of lemon, you can add sea buckthorn grated with sugar - 1 or 2 teaspoons. To get rid of the seeds and peel, I pass it through a sieve.
