We offer to prepare a tea drink with a charge of vitamins. Hot, it invigorates and tones during the period of cold weather, and refreshes in summer. Treat yourself: brew healthy green tea with ginger and lemon, add your favorite spices, mint, and drink slowly, enjoying the moment.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Peel the ginger root. You can cut it into pieces or grate it - so the taste of tea will be more intense. Rinse the lemon with hot water and cut 3-4 slices.
  2. 2. In a French press or teapot, add a few tablespoons of green tea (depending on the strength you prefer), ginger, and lemon. We offer you a basic drink recipe, you can supplement it with orange peel, barberry, and chamomile.
  3. 3. Pour the contents of the kettle with hot water no higher than 90–92°C. Close the lid and let it brew for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour the tea into cups, and add mint or lemon balm. As a sweetener, you can use honey, cane sugar, or ginger syrup.
