It turns out very fragrant, fresh, and healthy. No chemistry!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Wash tarragon, basil, and sorrel, dry, and chop.
  2. 2. Boil one glass of water, add sugar, and mix. Boil the syrup for 5 minutes, and cool. Boil the second glass of water and cool.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and grate the zest.
  4. 4. Add juice and zest to sugar syrup, and mix.
  5. 5. Grind chopped herbs in a blender. You will get a dark green puree.
  6. 6. Pour the second glass of water into a saucepan. Put puree of herbs in water, mix, and let stand for half an hour.
  7. 7. After half an hour, cover a colander with gauze and pour the herbal infusion into it.
  8. 8. Wipe the herbal mass, and squeeze the gauze.
  9. 9. Combine sugar syrup and herbal infusion together, and mix. Strain again through a colander. The resulting extract and a bottle (1.5 l) of carbonated mineral water are put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  10. 10. Before serving, dilute the extract with chilled mineral water.
  11. 11. Pour the cocktail into glasses, and put pieces of ice.
