With the onset of autumn, there is a desire to wrap yourself in a warm blanket with a mug of hot fragrant chocolate. So let's not deny ourselves such a pleasure and prepare a warming chocolate drink with cinnamon and honey.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Pour milk into a saucepan or saucepan.
  2. 2. Add vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence) and ground cinnamon.
  3. 3. We add honey. Please note that if you take not bitter, but dark chocolate, then you will need much less honey since such chocolate is already sweet.
  4. 4. Finely chop the bittersweet chocolate and add it to the milk.
  5. 5. We put the stewpan on medium heat, stirring with a whisk, to help the chocolate and honey dissolve.
  6. 6. Bring to a boil and turn off.
  7. 7. Optionally, you can add rum, cognac, brandy, or cream liqueur. When serving on top, decorate with whipped cream or marshmallows and sprinkle with grated chocolate or cinnamon.
