Hot chocolate with marshmallows

Ingredients

• bitter black chocolate 100 g
• milk 400 ml
• brown sugar 2 tbsp. l.
• vanilla extract 1 tsp
• corn starch 1 tsp

Directions

1. 1. Bring most of the milk (about 300 ml) with brown sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
2. 2. Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and return the mixture to the fire again.
3. 3. Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining milk and, stirring constantly, pour this mixture into the hot chocolate mixture. Bring to a boil again, the mass will thicken a little.
4. 4. Pour the prepared hot chocolate into cups.
