This traditional hot drink from Turin is made from just three ingredients. On a cool autumn morning, it will energize you and give you a good mood for the whole day!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a saucepan, and pour over the milk. Leave a few slices for decoration.
  2. 2. Heat over medium heat, stirring with a whisk, until the chocolate melts. Then bring to a boil and simmer, stirring, for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Brew about 200 ml of coffee.
  4. 4. Whip well-chilled cream into a strong foam.
  5. 5. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag fitted with any shaped nozzle.
  6. 6. First, pour the milk-chocolate mixture into a transparent heat-resistant glass, glass, or mug, filling the container by about 1/3.
  7. 7. Then we pour coffee. To make the boundary of the layers clearer, pour coffee along the blade of a knife or along the back of a spoon.
  8. 8. If everything is done carefully, it turns out like this.
  9. 9. Finely chop the remaining pieces of chocolate with a knife.
  10. 10. We decorate our drink with whipped cream and chocolate. After a few minutes, the cream will begin to settle, and the drawing will turn out to be even more interesting!
