Ice coffee "Elegantissimo"

It turns out a drink the color of a teddy bear, not coffee at first taste - chocolate is bitter, and only then the taste of coffee is revealed.

Ingredients

• espresso coffee 300 ml
• sugar 70 g
• bitter black chocolate 30 g
• ice 1 glass
• cream 40 g

Directions

1. 1. We make coffee.
2. 2. Pour sugar into the coffee.
3. 3. Add chocolate.
4. 4. Cook until the chocolate and sugar dissolve and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, overnight are better.
5. 5. Pour ice into a glass.
6. 6. Pour cold coffee.
7. 7. Put a spoonful of whipped cream on top. The taste is a fresh drink with a pronounced chocolate taste and aftertaste of coffee.
