We like to eat such thick jelly (not to drink) warm, water with milk or sour cream. Very pleasant sensations, like from a dessert, and the body only benefits! The main thing is not to do more than necessary. After standing, the jelly will no longer be the same.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Rinse the grapes, and separate them from the branches. The grape itself is sour to taste, but the homemade wine from it is delicious - the father-in-law has been making it all his life.
  2. 2. Pour the berries into a bowl.
  3. 3. I also have garden apples, cut into pieces.
  4. 4. Pour over berries too.
  5. 5. I also used quince along with the syrup, which I introduced you to recently.
  6. 6. Instead of quince, take any syrup or sugar. You can honey, then add it later, without boiling.
  7. 7. Pour water (300 ml) from the filter.
  8. 8. I recommend passing water through a BRITA filter.
  9. 9. Bring to a boil, cook a little over low heat, and turn off.
  10. 10. Strain the decoction.
  11. 11. Dilute starch in 100 ml of water.
  12. 12. Return the broth to the pan, put it on fire, and pour in the stirred starch in a thin stream, stirring.
  13. 13. When the jelly seizes, turn it off.
  14. 14. Adjust the density to your liking.
  15. 15. Serve warm.
