Kissel from melon and pears

  1. 1. Remove skins and seeds from melons and pears. Cut the melon and pears into small pieces.
  2. 2. Pour Tassay still water into a saucepan.
  3. 3. Add the melon and pears to the pot and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add sugar, and lemon juice.
  5. 5. Punch everything with a blender.
  6. 6. In hot puree, add starch, previously dissolved in water, stirring gently.
