  1. 1. Brew tea bags in 400 ml of water and leave for 5-7 minutes.
  2. 2. Remove the bags and add honey, stir until dissolved.
  3. 3. Cut the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.
  4. 4. Pour the brewed tea into a saucepan, and add milk (for my taste, I would reduce the amount of milk to 500-700 ml for a richer taste of the drink, but this is up to you).
  5. 5. Add the vanilla bean and seeds to the tea and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and leave to brew for 4-5 minutes.
  6. 6. Strain and pour into cups.
