Lavash envelopes in a frying pan are incredibly easy and quick to cook. Filled with boiled eggs, herbs and sour cream, they are very tasty. A great snack for all occasions!

  1. Boil 2 eggs first. Transfer them to a saucepan, cover with water, put on medium heat and cook for about 8-10 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then cool the boiled eggs by pouring cold water over them.
  2. Rinse green onions and dill, shake and chop finely with a knife.
  3. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater.
  4. Combine the chopped eggs and herbs in a deep bowl. Add sour cream, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix thoroughly. The filling for pita bread is ready.
  6. Cut the lavash sheets into long strips about 10 cm wide.
  7. Place about 1-2 tbsp on each strip from one end. spoons of filling.
  8. Fold the edge of the pita bread diagonally so that the entire filling is completely covered.
  9. Next, move along the entire strip, covering the filling on all sides. The result should be a triangle with a filling inside.
  10. Thus, form the rest of the pita bread triangles with filling.
  11. Break the remaining 2 eggs into a wide deep plate, add a pinch of salt and pepper to them. Shake with a fork.
  12. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  13. Dip the envelope in the egg mixture and place in the skillet. Do the same with the remaining envelopes.
  14. Fry the filled envelopes over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  15. Put the fried envelopes on a dish covered with a paper napkin so that the excess oil is absorbed.
