  1. Dilute yeast in warm water, add sugar and leave for 20 minutes. If using dry yeast, follow the instructions.
  2. Grate potatoes, onion and garlic on a fine grater, add to the yeast.
  3. Add 2 cups of flour to the whole mixture. Stand for about 1 hour and fry in a pan like regular pancakes.
  4. It turns out a very tasty meal.
